- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
- CPA strongly preferred; nonprofit experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
- Ability to thrive in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
