About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
- 5+ years in accounting, operations, or business administration.
- Strong QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Excel skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and work directly with executives.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP/field service software (FieldServio, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak cycles.
