About the Role
As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, managing job costing budgets, preparing sales tax returns, generating financial reports, assisting with budget preparation, and supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures. You will also collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of high level accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Strong experience in budget & job costing preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Full knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Experience in payroll processing and tax compliance.
