Lutron Electronics is seeking an Accounting Service Representative – Collections to join their team at the Annex office location in Center Valley, PA. The role involves working with customers and sales teams to support yearly sales and profit goals.
About the Role
As an Accounting Service Representative – Collections, you will be responsible for developing collaborative relationships with customers to reconcile account balances, resolving disputed receivables, facilitating timely payments, and working with sales and service teams to address customer-disputed invoices. You will also collaborate with the credit team to ensure timely shipment of orders and utilize your time management skills to meet collection goals.
About You
Required:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
1 - 3 years business experience required.
Preferred:
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous collections experience preferred.
