About the Role
As an Accounting Specialist, you will process client billings, provide backup support for month-end and year-end tasks, review financial documents for accuracy, generate proformas and draft bills, and assist with payroll reconciliation. You will also provide customer service to vendors and colleagues in legal operations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of two years of general accounting, billing, and/or accounts payable experience.
- Intermediate level expertise working with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience with Elite 3E (Law Firm Accounting Software).
- Prior billing, payroll, or accounting experience in a law firm or legal setting.
