About the Role

As an Entry Level Staff Accountant, you will participate in monthly budget reviews, review and enter vendor invoices, track accounts payable aging, maintain W-9 documentation, communicate with department managers and vendors, perform general ledger reconciliations, generate internal financial reports, assist with customer billings, complete bank reconciliations, and provide general administrative support.

About You

Required:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with accounting software.

Preferred:

Experience in accounting or finance roles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with budget analysis and financial reporting.
