About the Role
As an Accounting Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to firm executives, maintaining logs and databases, performing audit and testing functions, interacting with client service departments, entering and electronically filing tax returns, and acting as a liaison within the firm and with external clients.
About You
Required:
- Experience in office support roles with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
Preferred:
- Experience with payroll and payroll tax filings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
