About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports. You will verify and approve invoices, maintain vendor relationships, process payments, reconcile accounts, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 1 to 3 years of accounting experience
Preferred:
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft products specifically Excel/PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision
- Detail oriented
