About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies, performing financial transactions, reconciling vendor statements, supporting process improvements, and handling rush payments. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and enjoys working with vendors and internal partners.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, bookkeeping experience a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and on detecting errors and potential fraud.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems such as CDK, SAP, S/4HANA, or IntelliDealer is a plus.
