About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will review invoices for appropriate documentation, process 3-way P.O. matching invoices, prioritize payments, respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, assist in month-end closing, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.

About You

Required:

High school diploma
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
College courses in Accounting
Experience with PLEX ERP
Automotive industry experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and analytical
Proficient with Microsoft Office

Preferred:

Experience with multiple location AP processing
Self-motivated
Ability to work collaboratively with others
