As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for matching invoices to purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation, maintaining organized electronic records, managing Concur receipts, assisting with payment runs, and supporting month-end close activities. You will work closely with accounting, purchasing, and agency personnel to resolve any discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
About You
Required:
- Associate's Degree in Business or Accounting.
- 4-6 years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with invoice processing and vendor management.
- Familiarity with accounting software and electronic record-keeping systems.
