About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, ensuring invoices are accurate and vendors are paid on time. Your daily tasks will include verifying and coding invoices, preparing batches for payment, managing check runs, maintaining organized accounts payable files, and responding to inquiries.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience with Concur software.
- Familiarity with vendor 1099/1096 forms.
