About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in invoice processing, matching invoices to purchase orders, and maintaining vendor relations. You will assist with month-end close activities and identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounts payable function.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of accounts payable or related experience.
Preferred:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Benefits
- Starting base pay between $21.00 and $25.00 per hour.
