About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will back up team members on key duties, input and review invoices for multiple entities, ensure documentation is scanned to Workday, reconcile supplier statements, perform routine supplier maintenance, assist with processing manual AP and payroll checks, and key petty cash invoices and payments.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in processing for a multi-entity structure.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency in accounts payable, invoice processing, vendor statements, purchase orders, reconciliation, and three-way matching.
