As an Accounts Payable Specialist II, you will be responsible for accurately processing vendor invoices using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ensuring proper documentation and approvals, resolving discrepancies, and developing vendor relationships. You will work independently on complex tasks while collaborating with various departments to improve invoicing and accounts payable processes.

About You

Required:

3+ years of accounts payable experience.
Familiarity with general accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PC usage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in a retail organization.
Dynamics Business Central or other accounting software experience.
Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
