About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for clerical, bookkeeping, and accounting assignments. Your daily tasks will include generating and sending invoices, processing payments and deposits, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and following up on overdue accounts. You will also prepare information for financial reports, post journal entries to the general ledger, and perform general office duties.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Preferred:
- Bookkeeping coursework or experience preferred.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software.
