IntePros is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their global pharmaceutical services client in Plano, TX. The role involves managing customer billing, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely and accurate financial processing.
About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will analyze customer payments, resolve disputes, and act as a liaison across internal departments and with customers. Your responsibilities will include reviewing complex accounts, collaborating with Collectors and Customer Service, generating reports, mentoring new team members, and serving as a subject matter expert within the team.
About You
Required:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong reconciliation, mathematical, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in resolving issues and escalating appropriately.
- Experience in accounts receivable, B2B or B2G collections, or dispute resolution.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of SAP FSCM and SAP Disputes.
- Familiarity with general accounting principles and credit/collections procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
