About the Role
As an Acoustics Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee internal efforts of the microphone technology, module, system integration, and audio validation teams. You will manage technology roadmaps, project definitions, and development schedules while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Your responsibilities include identifying technical risks, facilitating risk management, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class acoustic modules on schedule.
About You
Required:
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in shipping high-volume products or collaborating with industry manufacturing partners.
- Knowledge of technology and product development cycles.
Preferred:
- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and project management skills.
- Technical background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, advanced manufacturing, particularly in MEMS development and qualification.
- Experience in driving international module or component design and manufacturing partners.
