About You
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Strong track record of discovering, developing, and publishing bestselling titles and authors.
- Strong negotiation skills along with knowledge of standard publishing contracts and P&Ls.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking paired with excellent editorial sensibility.
- Fluent in all office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce.
- Broad list of agent contacts.
- 5+ years of content acquisition and/or content development experience.
- Familiarity with ETL, SQL, handling/analyzing data.
