About the Role

As an Analyst in the Acquisitions/Asset Management Team, you will be responsible for conducting detailed due diligence on potential investments, creating financial analyses using Microsoft Excel and ARGUS, and preparing presentation materials for the investment committee. You will coordinate transaction execution with senior management, prepare investor communications, and support acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 1+ years of Valuations/Asset Management or applicable experience in Private Equity/Real Estate.
2+ years of professional experience.
Top Academic pedigree.
ARGUS Modeling experience required.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Real Estate Asset Management experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
