About the Role
As an Activities Assistant, you will assist in the coordination, direction, and delivery of wellness and recreation programs tailored to meet the specific needs of residents. Your responsibilities will include hands-on involvement in programs, planning and supervising volunteers, supporting the Resident Programs Director, and assisting with marketing materials to ensure professional quality.
About You
Required:
- Must enjoy working with the senior population.
- Flexibility with schedule.
- Basic typing and computer skills, preferably in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Preferred:
- 1 year of direct activities programming experience in a skilled nursing setting.
- Ability to work well with others.
