About the Role
As an Activity Aide, you will assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting daily activity programs for the Activities Department. You will also prepare and clean up activity rooms for scheduled programs and oversee residents' engagement in activities to promote their physical, social, and mental well-being.
About You
Required:
- Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
- Willingness to handle residents based on their maturity level.
Preferred:
- Experience in Long Term Care Activities Department.
