About the Role
As an Activity Aide, you will assist in developing and executing activity calendars, lead group and one-on-one activities, encourage resident participation, transport residents to activities, maintain attendance records, and collaborate with nursing staff to support individual care plans.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in an activities or recreation role in a healthcare setting.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
