About the Role
As an Acute Dialysis Services Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the tactical execution of objectives, managing staffing and operations at contracted facilities, providing leadership and development for staff, ensuring compliance with hospital regulations, and maintaining quality service while managing costs. You will also be involved in customer service issue resolution, training programs for staff, and ensuring efficient utilization of supplies and equipment.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN); Current state licensure as applicable.
- 3-5 years’ related experience.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree desirable.
- 3+ years’ supervisory or project/program management experience.
