About the Role
As a Senior Associate in the Workday Adaptive Planning team, you will implement budgets, forecasts, and reports, support the design and configuration of the Adaptive Planning solution, analyze complex financial models, and maintain high standards in client service. You will also build and nurture client relationships while managing multiple projects effectively.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Certification(s) Required: Workday Adaptive Planning, Deployment
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Human Resources Management, Computer and Information Science
- Certification(s) Preferred: Workday Services functional and/or Engagement Manager, Workday Financials
- Experience completing at least 4-6 end to end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments
- Experience analyzing financial models and translating them into Adaptive Planning
- Experience providing technical guidance for Adaptive suite of products
- Experience designing and building complex financial planning models
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience providing business analysis and requirements gathering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to business process mapping and/or re-engineering
