About the Role
As a Senior Associate in the Workday Adaptive Planning team, you will implement budgets, forecasts, and reports, support the design and configuration of the Adaptive Planning solution, analyze complex financial models, and maintain high standards in client service. You will also build and nurture client relationships while managing multiple projects effectively.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Certification in Workday Adaptive Planning, Deployment
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Human Resources Management, or Computer and Information Science
- Workday Services functional and/or Engagement Manager certification
- Experience with 4-6 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments
- Ability to analyze financial models and translate them into Adaptive Planning
- Technical guidance experience for Adaptive suite of products
- Project management skills and experience managing multiple projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to business process mapping and/or re-engineering
