Summary
Inside Higher Ed is seeking an Adjunct Faculty, Business (BAS) to join their team at the Homestead Campus. The role involves teaching upper-division Bachelor of Applied Science courses in Business to students pursuing a Bachelor Degree.
About the Role
As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will teach lecture and laboratory sections, evaluate and advise students, develop curricula, maintain department standards, recruit and participate in the retention of students, serve on committees, and perform other duties as assigned. Courses may be taught in various modalities including in-person, live virtual, online, and blended classes.
About You
Required:
- Doctorate degree in Business with 18 graduate semester hours in Business; or Master’s degree in Business; or Master’s degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Business; or Master’s degree.
- All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution.
- Documented experience with applied teaching and learning methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students with a wide range of skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work well with students, faculty, and staff.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekend assignments.

Benefits
- Base salary of $54.37 per hour.
- Exempt status - Not eligible for overtime compensation.
