About the Role
As an Adjunct Faculty I, Pharmacy Technician, you will teach in lecture, laboratory, and clinical settings, plan and organize instructional materials, participate in curriculum development, evaluate and advise students, and engage in departmental affairs. You will also develop curricula, teach evening and weekend classes as needed, recruit students, serve on committees, and perform other assigned duties.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree and a Valid State of Florida Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician licensure/registration.
- 3 years of full-time work and/or instructional experience as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well with students, faculty, staff, and the community.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule that may include working nights and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment.
