Summary
Inside Higher Ed is seeking an Adjunct Faculty, MDC Online (English Composition) to teach online English Composition credit courses at Wolfson Campus.
About the Role
As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will facilitate student learning in online courses, manage courses through the learning management system, interact with students online, evaluate and advise students, provide feedback to course developers, and participate in departmental affairs.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in English or Linguistics; or Master’s in Fine Arts in Creative Writing; or Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in English/Creative Writing.
- Basic computer software and Internet skills.
- Florida resident.
- Obtain MDC Online Certification by completing specific online training upon hiring.
Preferred:
- Previous online teaching experience.
