About the Role
As an Admin Assistant II, you will be responsible for supporting daily service center operations, maintaining smooth workflow, and performing various clerical duties. Your tasks will include transcription, preparing billings, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing mail, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. You will also maintain inventory control and serve as a liaison between the service center and corporate headquarters.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of related administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and clerical skills.
- Ability to support daily service center operations under direct supervision.
Preferred:
- Previous clerical/secretarial experience.
- Working knowledge of computer operations and standard business machines.
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
