Summary
Serco is seeking an Administrative Analyst to join their team in Washington, D.C. The role involves supporting the Submarine Safety and Quality Assurance Division at Naval Sea Systems Command.
About the Role
As an Administrative Analyst, you will develop and oversee written processes, assist with drafting reports, maintain and interpret data, act as a point of contact for communications, track action items, coordinate logistics for training events, ensure compliance with policies, approve travel expense reports, maintain records and databases, and report findings to leadership.
About You
Required:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- US Citizenship.
- A Bachelor’s degree or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
