Rockbridge is seeking an Administrative Assistant & Coordinator to provide organizational and operational support to senior leaders and the broader team in Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area.
About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant & Coordinator, you will manage complex calendars, meeting and travel logistics, expense reporting, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports. You will serve as a trusted gatekeeper, anticipating needs and prioritizing competing demands while supporting overall office operations and vendor relationships.
About You
Required:
At least 3 years of progressive experience in an administrative support role.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
Preferred:
Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other software applications.
