About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will contribute to LifeLink's mission by performing general office duties, answering and screening calls, preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining schedules, recording meeting minutes, and facilitating arrangements for meetings and events.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two to three years relevant job experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or comparable computer program with typing ability of 50 wpm.
Preferred:
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Exercises discretion and deals with information in a confidential and sensitive manner.
