About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the director's calendar, routing incoming calls, processing department documents, scheduling appointments, and serving as the primary public relations interface between the department and the public. You will also administer financial functions and manage office records and requests.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma and three (3) years of work experience involving financial or municipal administration.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Public Notary certification.
- Knowledge of planning and zoning, construction terminology, and code enforcement.
Benefits
- Hourly wage of $19.15 - $22.50, depending on qualifications.
