About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant 1 / Trainee, you will be responsible for answering telephones, assisting ALJs in daily tasks, managing filing and database systems, maintaining schedules, reviewing work for grammar and formatting, typing documents, creating databases for case management, updating SharePoint, making travel arrangements, and providing administrative support to the Chief ALJ.
About You
Required:
- Six months of experience in administrative support, including use of office software and customer service.
- Ability to pass a keyboarding test demonstrating at least 30 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
Preferred:
- Certification in office administration or an associate's degree in a related field.
- Experience in managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
