About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant (Flex), you will be responsible for billing and insurance support, documentation preparation, front desk coverage, and general office support. Your tasks will include assisting with billing processes, maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support across departments as needed.
About You
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare, education, or therapy-based setting preferred.
Preferred:
Associate degree or relevant certification (e.g., medical billing, health information technology, or accounting).
Experience supporting insurance authorizations, billing, scheduling, or EMR systems.
