About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the operational backbone of the Long Island division, bridging the gap between corporate HR/IT functions and field operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with regulatory filings, supporting ISO compliance, managing employee training and licensing, coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes, reconciling financial expenses, and overseeing daily office needs.
About You
Required:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience in administrative support within the construction or electrical contracting industry.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory processes.
