Legacy Treatment Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Screening and Crisis Intervention Program in Burlington County, NJ. The role involves overseeing office operations and performing various clerical duties.
About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and ordering office supplies, managing maintenance requests, and overseeing the DMHAS consumer tracking portal. You will attend department meetings, record minutes and attendance, assist in completing monthly department statistics, and manage the department's fleet of Agency vehicles. Additionally, you will communicate with other departments and community providers for consumer care and assist with crisis line triage as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of progressive responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer knowledge and mathematical aptitude.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science.
