Summary
SavATree is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Carbondale, CO. The role focuses on providing sales support, customer service, and general administrative assistance.
About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, performing lead generation, creating proposals, scheduling appointments, and maintaining multiple sales calendars. You will also provide customer service by answering calls, processing payments, and administering the customer database. Additionally, you will participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support.
About You
Required:
- Desire to learn and grow within the business and Arboricultural industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Previous success with outbound calling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Database systems.
- Must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Associates degree or higher.
- Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, multiline phone systems.
- 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing.
- An eye for excellence with accuracy and attention to detail.
