Summary
Mittera is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the production department through various clerical and administrative tasks.
About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work under supervision while also being able to operate independently to plan and accomplish goals. Your responsibilities will include performing clerical tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a high level of consistency and compassion in line with Mittera's values and customer experience.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization, vendors, and clients.
- Great attention to detail and substantial organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Demonstrates professionalism and has a problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Sufficient at analyzing information and managing processes.
- Able to manage inventory control.
- Dependable and motivated to learn.
