About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant III, you will be responsible for supporting management with various administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, and gathering and reporting information relevant to executives. You will also assist in organizing meetings and managing conflicting objectives in a professional manner.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative support at the senior management level.
- Significant time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in time management, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interface with Senior Executives.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintenance of confidentiality.
- Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).
- Concur or similar experience processing travel and expenses.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Bank of America systems including: Workday, Concur, Ariba, TechDirect, Flagscape, ACR, ARM, etc.
