About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for creating purchase orders, managing expenses and invoices, booking travel arrangements, organizing onsite and offsite visits, planning conferences, maintaining distribution lists, and facilitating communication across the deal team. You will also be expected to incorporate AI technology into your work and build strong relationships with partners and team members.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-4 years of experience.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Team-oriented mindset with ownership of independent tasks.
