Summary
Career Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Investor Relations to support the Co-Heads of Investor Relations and Director of Marketing at a prestigious, growing hedge fund located in Midtown, NYC.
About the Role
The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support including heavy international travel coordination, visa arrangements, scheduling and calendar management across time zones, expense report handling, event planning, preparing presentation materials, Salesforce data entry and tracking, and coordinating with assistants in other offices to keep the team organized and proactive.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with event planning and managing heavy international travel scheduling across time zones
- Professional client-facing communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services
- Salesforce experience (training provided)
