Summary
Buckner International is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Texas Home Visiting Program in Lubbock, TX. The role involves providing secretarial and receptionist functions, managing data entry, and handling billing and accounts receivables.
About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform duties such as greeting clients, managing phone inquiries, preparing and managing billing, maintaining office supplies, processing correspondence, and generating reports. You will also supervise the overall needs of the Texas Home Visiting office and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with established guidelines.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma (or G.E.D.) required.
- Ability to drive assigned vehicle(s) or personal vehicle with appropriate state license.
Preferred:
- Prior work experience in education, child health and development, child abuse or neglect, and/or parent education.
- Knowledge of and/or experience using community resources.
- Knowledge and experience with in-home visitation.
