About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating information for the CEO, assisting supervisors with departmental tasks, participating in recruitment efforts, maintaining company organization charts, composing correspondence, and providing clerical support. You will also coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, document expenses, and lead special projects as requested.
About You
Required:
- 4-5 years of administrative, office administration, or secretarial experience.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality and prioritize conflicting demands.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
