About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Dispute Resolution Partner with opening new matters, managing billing and financial workflows, ensuring compliance with internal protocols, and providing direct administrative support to partners and attorneys. You will also coordinate with various departments, manage client communications, and assist with office operations and vendor coordination.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong relevant experience with office administration, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Preferred:
- Strong technical capabilities across Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized manner.
