About You
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, and ability to type 60-70 wpm.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s license and insured transportation.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and work well under pressure.
- Upbeat, energetic, positive, and congenial demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Our work is funded through kettle donations, corporate contributions, and the sale of goods donated to Salvation Army Family Stores. Eighty-two cents of every dollar we raise supports our various programs across Southern California. We are a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, and contributions are deductible for Federal Income Tax Purposes to the extent permitted under Section 170(b)(2) for corporations.
