About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will serve as secondary support to an executive, prepare attorney bar applications, assist with drafting forms for admissions, provide travel support, collaborate on event coordination, review expense reports, process mail, attend meetings, and perform additional duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- High proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site daily in the San Diego office.
Preferred:
- Experience in a highly confidential environment.
- Strong independent thinking and research skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Ability to multitask and manage several time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.
