About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for calendar management, preparing meeting materials, arranging travel, and coordinating logistics for meetings and events. You will also assist with vendor requests and build cross-functional relationships to ensure efficient task execution.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of administrative assistant work supporting VP-level executives or higher.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience assisting multiple executives in a SaaS company.
- Strong computer and software skills (Google apps, Zoom, Concur, Word, Excel).
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
