Summary
The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Signal Hill, CA. The role involves coordinating office and client administrative functions.
About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for fielding client calls, producing proposals, processing employee timesheets, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, ordering office supplies, and managing accounts receivable. You will work Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
About You
Required:
- Experience in office processes and office administration procedures.
- Outstanding telephone and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Preferred:
- Prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems.
